You can open the hood, remove the oil fill cap, raise the vehicle, place an oil drain pan under the oil pan drain plug, remove the oil pan drain plug, drain the oil, clean and inspect the oil pan drain plug, clean and inspect the oil pan sealing surface, wipe any remaining oil from the drain plug hole, reinstall the oil pan drain plug, position the drain pan under the oil filter, remove the oil filter and remove the oil filter gasket.

You can tighten it to 30 Nm (22 lb-ft).

The procedure is to apply clean engine oil to the new oil filter seal, install the new oil filter, tighten the oil pan drain plug, remove the oil drain pan, lower the vehicle, fill the engine with new engine oil, start the engine, inspect for oil leaks, turn off the engine, drain the oil a few minutes into the oil pan, remove the oil level indicator, clean off the indicator end of the oil level indicator, install the oil level indicator, remove the oil level indicator from the oil level indicator tube, check the level of the engine oil, adjust the oil level, check for oil leaks and close the hood.

You can tighten the oil pan drain plug to 25 Nm (18 lb-ft).
