You can ensure the headlamp switch is in the OFF position, reach under the rear bumper, press on the lens end of the cover, remove the lens housing from the bumper assembly and remove the bulb.

You should disconnect the electrical connector from the rear junction block.

You can install the bulb, install the rear edge of the lens housing into the rear bumper, push on the lens side of the housing and inspect the operation.

You can reach under the rear bumper for the bulb socket, turn the bulb socket counter-clockwise, pull the bulb socket out of the connector, pull the old bulb from the socket, and install the new bulb.
