Q: How do you relieve the fuel pressure (without CH 48027)?
A:
You can remove the fuel pump fuse, loosen the fuel fill cap, remove the engine cover and the fuel rail service port cap, wrap a shop towel around the fuel rail service port, depress (open) the fuel rail test port valve, remove the shop towel from around the fuel rail service port, install the fuel rail service port cap and the engine cover and tighten the fuel fill cap.

You can remove the fuel pump fuse, loosen the fuel fill cap, remove the engine cover and the fuel rail service port cap, wrap a shop towel around the fuel rail service port, depress (open) the fuel rail test port valve, remove the shop towel from around the fuel rail service port, install the fuel rail service port cap, install the engine cover and tighten the fuel fill cap.

Q: How do you relieve the fuel pressure (With CH 48027)?
A:
You can remove the fuel pump fuse and the engine cover, loosen the fuel fill cap, remove the fuel rail service port cap, wrap a shop towel around the fuel rail service port, connect the CH-48027-3 to the fuel rail service port, connect the CH-48027-2 to the CH-48027-3, place the hose on the CH-48027-2 into an approved gasoline container, open the valve, close the valve on the CH-48027-2, remove the hose on the CH-48027-2, disconnect the CH-48027-2 from the CH-48027-3, disconnect the CH-48027-3 from the fuel rail service port, remove the shop towel from around the fuel rail service port, install the fuel rail service port cap, install the engine cover and tighten the fuel fill cap.
