2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD Clutch Master Cylinder

The procedure is to disconnect the clutch pedal position switch electrical connector, release the pushrod bushing from the clutch pedal, disconnect the clutch actuator cylinder to the clutch master cylinder quick connect fitting, remove the clutch master cylinder clip, rotate the clutch master cylinder 45 degrees clockwise to the unlocked position and remove the clutch master cylinder.

You can install the clutch master cylinder, push in and rotate the clutch master cylinder 45 degrees counterclockwise to the locked position, disconnect the clutch actuator cylinder to the clutch master cylinder quick connect fitting, install the clutch master cylinder clip, apply light pressure to the clutch pedal to couple the pushrod socket to the clutch pedal, connect the clutch pedal position switch electrical connector and pump the clutch pedal 3 times.
