2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD A/C Condenser

You can install the condenser, the upper insulator retainers, and the insulator retainer bolts, connect the evaporator tube to the condenser, install the evaporator tube nut, connect the compressor discharge hose to the condenser, install the compressor discharge hose nut, install the lower bolts to the hood latch support bracket, install the radiator support, install radiator support bracket bolts, install the fascia, evacuate and recharge the system and leak test the fittings of the component.

The procedure is to recover the refrigerant, remove the fascia, radiator support bolts, radiator support bracket bolts, and the compressor discharge hose assembly bolt, disconnect the compressor discharge hose assembly, remove the evaporator tube nut, disconnect the evaporator tube from the condenser, remove the insulator retainer bolts and the upper insulator retainers and remove the condenser.
