No, you cannot do that. The blower motor relay is an integral part of the Blower Motor Resistor and cannot be serviced separately from the resistor.

You need to install the Blower Motor relay, and the body side rear trim panel.
Q: How do you install the Auxiliary Heater Core?
A:
You need to install the Heater Core, the screws, and the auxiliary HVAC module.
