Q: What is the engine front cover installation procedure?
A:
Install the engine front cover cylinder block seal and hand start all the front cover bolts. Next, install the engine oil pan, the camshaft position actuator solenoid valves from the front cover, and the camshaft position actuator valves from the front cover. Next install the crankshaft balancer, the water pump, the water outlet housing assembly, and the drive belt tensioner. After that, install the camshaft covers and the lower intake manifold and refill the engine coolant.
