FAQ for Steering Shaft Repair

Q: What is the intermediate steering shaft installation procedure?
A:
Transfer the pre-scrubbed alignment marks on the new part and install the intermediate steering shaft assembly from inside the vehicle. Next, align and connect the intermediate steering shaft to the steering gear. After that install a new lower intermediate shaft pinch bolt and tighten it to 34 Nm.
