First, remove the left side instrument panel outer trim cover and the insulator panel. Next, remove the driver knee bolster reinforcement and disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Make sure to tighten the power steering assist motor bolts to 18 Nm.

Remove the knee bolster and disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Tighten the electronic power steering motor control module bolts to 11.5 Nm.
Q: What is the power steering fluid reservoir service procedure?
A:
Fill/bleed the power steering system and clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle. Tighten the remote power steering fluid reservoir bolts and the ground terminal nuts to 9 Nm.
