2009 Chevrolet Aveo Windshield Wiper Motors

First, install the wiper motor with the bolts, and tighten the wiper motor bolts to 9 Nm. Connect the electrical connector, and push the wiper arm linkage onto the motor drive shaft. Next, install the wiper arm linkage on the motor drive shaft with the nut, and tighten the arm linkage nut to 8.5 Nm. Finally, install the left side portion of the air inlet grille panel, and connect the negative battery cable.

First, disconnect the negative battery cable, place the wiper arms in the upright position, and remove the left side portion of the air inlet grille panel. Next, remove the nut securing the wiper arm linkage to the motor drive shaft, and pry the wiper arm linkage of the motor drive shaft. Finally, disconnect the electrical connectors, and remove the bolts and the wiper motor.

First, install the wiper motor with the bolts and tighten it to 10 Nm. Next, connect the electrical connector, and push the wiper arm linkage onto the motor drive shaft. After that, install the wiper arm linkage to the motor drive shaft with the nut and tighten the nut to 10 Nm. Finally, install the left side portion of the air inlet grille panel.

First, connect the electrical connector, and install the rear wiper motor with the bolts. Make sure the wiper motor bolts are tightened to 90 Nm. Next install the hatchback door lower garnish molding, and install the rear window wiper arm.

First, remove the rear window wiper arm, remove the hatchback door lower garnish molding, and remove the bolts and the rear wiper motor. Finally, disconnect the electrical connector.
