Q: What is the heater core installation procedure? (Notchback)
A:
Begin with installing the heater core into the case, and the heater core body with the retaining spring clamp. Reapply sealant to the heater core, after that, install the heater core cover and the retaining screws. Finally, install the heater/air distribution case, install the instrument panel assembly, and connect the negative battery cable.

Q: What is the heater core removal procedure? (Notchback)
A:
First remove the instrument panel assembly, the heater/air distribution case, the linkage screw, and the linkage lever. Next, remove the screws securing the heater core cover, and separate the lower heater core cover from the assembly. After that remove the screw and the bracket clamp that secure the heater core lines. Lastly, remove the spring clamp that secures the heater core body, and remove the heater core from the case.
