First, lubricate the Valve Lifters and insert the valve lifters into the lifter guides. Next, install the valve lifters and guide them to the engine block. After that install the valve lifter guide bolts and tighten the bolts to 1 Nm. Finally, install the cylinder head and gasket.

Install the Rocker Arm pivot support, the pushrods, and the rocker arms/bolts. Next, rotate the crankshaft and install the number one cylinder spark plug. Finally, install the rocker arm cover.

First, remove the intake manifold cover, and the connector position assurance retainer, and disconnect the engine harness electrical connector from the ignition coil wire harness. Next, remove the engine harness clip from the ignition coil bracket stud and reposition the engine harness. After that remove the spark plug wires from the ignition coils, remove the ignition coil bracket studs, and the ignition coil. Remove the positive crankcase ventilation hose and the valve rocker arm cover. Finally, remove the old gasket.
