Q: What is the steering knuckle installation procedure?
A:
Install the steering knuckle to the upper control arm and the lower control arm. Next, remove the jack stand, install the steering linkage outer tie rod ball stud to the steering knuckle, the stabilizer shaft link to the lower control arm and tighten to 72 Nm. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector, and install the brake rotor and the caliper. Install the tire/wheel assembly and check the front wheel toe.

Q: What is the rear axle upper control arm installation procedure?
A:
First install the upper Control Arm to the vehicle, the upper control arm mounting bolts to the frame and tighten to 110 Nm. Next, install the suspension knuckle upper ball joint into the upper control arm and install the upper ball joint nut. Make sure to tighten the suspension knuckle ball joint stud nut to 30 Nm plus 195 degrees. Connect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector and the electronic suspension control sensor link.
