2009 Cadillac SRX Window Regulator

You can install the window regulator and the window regulator bolts, remove the tape from the window, lower the window into the window regulator clamps, connect the power window motor electrical connector, start the vehicle, raise the window to the full up position, inspect the window for proper operation and a tight seal, shut off the vehicle, install the water deflector and install the door trim panel.

You can install the window regulator, install the window regulator bolts, remove the support, lower the window, connect the power window motor electrical connector, start the vehicle, raise the window, inspect the window for proper operation and fit, shut off the vehicle, install the water deflector, install the door trim panel and reprogram the power window regulator.

The procedure is to raise the window to the full up position, remove the door trim panel, remove the water deflector, tape the window in the full up position, connect the door trim panel wire harness connector, loosen the window regulator to the window clamp nuts 4 revolutions, lower the window regulator about 1/2 way down, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the window regulator bolts and remove the window regulator through the rear access hole in the door panel.

You can raise the window to the full-up position, remove the door trim panel, remove the water deflector, raise the window in the full-up position, loosen the window clamp nuts 4 revolutions, connect the door trim panel wiring harness, lower the window regulator 3/4 of the way down, disconnect the electrical connector, remove the window regulator bolts and remove the window regulator.
