The procedure is to lower the rear seats, remove the rear quarter trim tie-down bezel, the side door garnish molding, the body side rear upper garnish molding, the rear compartment sill plate, and the rear quarter trim cover, pull the trim panel away from the body, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the trim panel from the vehicle.

You can position the trim panel to the vehicle, position the seat belt over the top of the trim panel, connect the electrical connector, index the locating tabs on the trim panel to the holes, seat the clips retaining the trim panel to the body, install the rear quarter trim cover, the rear compartment sill plate, the body side rear upper garnish molding, the side door garnish molding and the rear quarter trim tie down bezel and put the rear seats in the upright position.

You can lower the rear seats, remove the rear quarter trim tie-down bezel, remove the side door garnish molding, remove the body side rear upper garnish molding, remove the rear compartment sill plate, pull the trim panel away from the body, disconnect the electrical connectors from the trim panel and remove the trim panel from the vehicle.

You can insert the seat belt through the garnish molding, insert the seat belt guide into the garnish molding, align the retainers on the garnish molding with the holes in the body pillar, push the panel inward, install the seat belt retractor anchor bolt and install the seat belt retractor guide bolt.
