Q: What is the removal procedure for the oil pan?
A:
The procedure is to remove the engine front cover, remove the power steering hose retainer, disconnect the intermediate steering shaft, remove the engine mount lower nuts, remove the A/C compressor bracket bolts, drain the engine oil, remove the transmission oil cooler pipe retainer, install the engine support fixture, tighten the support fixture wing nuts, remove the front differential carrier, remove the oil pan, disassemble the oil pan and clean and inspect the oil pan.

Q: How do you install the oil pan?
A:
You can assemble the oil pan, install the oil pan, install the front differential carrier, loosen the engine support fixture wing nuts, remove the engine support fixture, remove the transmission oil cooler pipe retainer, fill the engine with new engine oil, install the A/C compressor bracket with the A/C compressor, install the engine mount lower nuts, connect the intermediate steering shaft, install the power steering hose retainer and install the engine front cover.
