The procedure is to remove the left bank exhaust manifold heat shield, remove the catalytic converter nuts, raise the vehicle, disconnect the oxygen sensor electrical connector, disconnect the muffler pipe, remove the exhaust pipe to right bank catalytic converter fasteners, remove the catalytic converter with the seal/heat shield and oxygen sensor and remove the oxygen sensor.

You can install the oxygen sensor, the catalytic converter seal/heat shield, the catalytic converter, and the catalytic converter nuts, connect the oxygen sensor electrical connector, connect the muffler pipes to the left and right side catalytic converters, lower the vehicle, tighten the catalytic converter to exhaust manifold fasteners and install the right bank exhaust manifold heat shield.

You can install the oxygen sensor, the catalytic converter seal/heat shield, the catalytic converter, and the catalytic converter to exhaust manifold fasteners, connect the oxygen sensor electrical connector, connect the muffler pipes to the left and right side catalytic converters, install the front driveshaft, lower the vehicle, tighten the catalytic converter nuts and install the right bank exhaust manifold heat shield.
