FAQ for A/C Condenser Repair
Q: What is the air conditioning condenser installation procedure?
A:
First install the condenser to the vehicle, and a new washer onto the A/C compressor hose. Next, install the O-ring seals onto the evaporator tube, and install the radiator. After that install the evaporator tube to the condenser tube, and the A/C line coupling to the evaporator tube. Install the A/C compressor hose black fitting nut to the condenser, and tighten the nut to 17 Nm. Finally, leak test the fittings of the component using J 39400-A.

A:
First, recover the refrigerant, and remove the radiator. Next, remove the A/C line coupling from the condenser tube evaporator tube, remove the condenser from the vehicle, and the O-ring seals/seal washer.
