You can lubricate the rocker arms and pushrods with clean engine oil, lubricate the flange of the rocker arm bolts with clean engine oil, install the rocker arm pivot support, install the pushrods, install the rocker arms and bolts, rotate the crankshaft, install the number one cylinder spark plug and install the rocker arm cover.

Q: How do you install the Valve Lifter Oil Filter?
A:
You can install a NEW Valve Lifter oil filter O-ring seal into the valve lifter oil manifold, install the NEW valve lifter oil filter, apply sealant GM P/N 12346004 (Canadian P/N 10953480) or equivalent, install the oil pressure sensor washer and sensor, connect the engine harness electrical connector to the oil pressure sensor and install the intake manifold.
Q: What should be noticed when you do the Valve Spring service?
A:
You should use care when you remove retainers and plugs because Valve Springs can be tightly compressed and could result in personal injury.
