You should remove the accessory drive belt, install a ratchet into the air conditioning (A/C) belt tensioner adapter opening, remove the A/C belt from the pulleys, release the tension on the A/C belt tensioner and remove the ratchet from the A/C belt tensioner.

You should install the A/C belt over the crankshaft balancer, install a ratchet into the A/C drive belt tensioner adapter opening, install the A/C belt over the tensioner pulley, release the tension on the A/C belt tensioner, remove the ratchet from the A/C belt tensioner and install the accessory drive belt.
