Q: How do you remove the Air Conditioning Evaporator Core?
A:
You can remove the HVAC module, disconnect all wiring connections from the blower motor, blower motor control module, and sensors, remove all wiring from retainers before removal, remove the evaporator cowl gasket from the evaporator, separate the upper HVAC module assembly from the lower HVAC module assembly and remove the evaporator core from the upper HVAC module assembly.

You can install the evaporator core to the HVAC module assembly, install the upper HVAC module assembly from the lower HVAC module assembly, install the evaporator cowl gasket to the evaporator, install the screws to the HVAC module assembly and install the HVAC module assembly.
