You should install the input shaft seal and the transfer case assembly. In addition, you should inspect the transfer case fluid level.

First, you should remove the transfer case assembly and then insert a flat-bladed screwdriver between the input shaft seal and the transfer case. Next, you should pry the front input shaft seal from the transfer case and remove the front input shaft seal.
