To minimize door realignment, do not remove both Door Hinges at the same time. Do each door hinge separately, and replace the broken door hinge first.

The removal procedure is to remove the rear door lock, remove the rear door lock to rear Door Lock Actuator screws, and remove the rear door actuator from the rear door lock.

You may apply heat to the cylinder area with a heat gun, hold the shutter door open with a paper clip or similar item and force air into the cylinder using compressed air and a blow gun attachment, while holding the shutter door open inject a small amount of multi-purpose lubricant GM P/N 12346241 or equivalent, then work the key into the cylinder several times and wipe any excess lubrication residue from the key.
