The procedure is to remove the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV), remove the BPMV bracket, remove the accessory drive belt and then install the J 25034-C on the power steering pump pulley and remove the pulley.

You can remove the brake pressure modulator valve (BPMV), the BPMV bracket, the power steering fluid reservoir, the power steering pump pulley, the power steering reservoir outlet pipe/hose from the power steering pump, the power steering pressure hose from the power steering pump, the power steering pump mounting bolts, the power steering pump front bracket and the power steering pump.
