Q: How to remove the hood primary latch release cable?
A:
You can remove the right and the left hood latches, disconnect the release cable from the latches, replace the cables so that the cables slide smoothly through the opening in the dash panel, remove the screws from the release cable handle, remove the release cable grommet from the dash panel and then pull the release cables through the opening in the dash panel.
