Q: How to install the air conditioning evaporator core?
A:
You should install a new side seal, a new upper seal to the evaporator core, two new lower seals to the evaporator core, the evaporator core to the HVAC module, the HVAC module upper case to the HVAC module lower case, the HVAC module case retaining screws, a new foam seal to the heater core, the heater core to the HVAC module, the heater cover to the HVAC module, the heater cover screws, new sealing washers to the evaporator core, the TXV to the evaporator core, the TXV to mounting bolts and the HVAC module.

Q: How to remove the Air Conditioning Evaporator Core?
A:
You should remove the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) module assembly foam seal, the thermal expansion valve (TXV) mounting bolts, the TXV from the evaporator core, the heater cover screws, the heater cover from the HVAC module, the heater core from the HVAC module, the HVAC module case retaining screws and the evaporator core from the HVAC module.
