Q: What is the assembly procedure for the Power Steering Fluid Reservoir?
A:
Lubricate the new O-ring seal with power steering fluid. Install the new O-ring seal onto the neck of the reservoir. Install the reservoir onto the hydraulic pump assembly. Ensure the reservoir neck is completely engaged in the hydraulic pump assembly. Align the feet of the reservoir with the sides of the hydraulic pump housing. Install the new reservoir retaining clips. Ensure the retaining clip tabs fully engage with the hydraulic pump housing.

Q: What is the disassembly procedure for the Power Steering Fluid Reservoir?
A:
Place the hydraulic pump on a fixed, flat surface. Insert a screwdriver into the retaining clip tab. Using the screwdriver, force the retaining clip tab outward. Slide the reservoir clip away. Remove the second reservoir clip. Remove the reservoir from the hydraulic pump housing. Remove the O-ring seal. Discard the O-ring seal.
