Q: What is the removal procedure for the Fan Shroud?
A:
Remove the radiator outlet hose. Release the differential vent hose retainer, the A/C suction hose retainer, and the A/C discharge hose retainer. Rotate the slip ring counterclockwise from under the fan shroud. Remove the fan shroud.

Drain the coolant. Reposition the outlet Radiator Hose clamp away from the thermostat housing. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the thermostat. Raise the vehicle. Reposition the outlet radiator hose clamp away from the radiator. Remove the outlet radiator hose from the radiator.
Q: What should be noticed when removing the Radiator Cap?
A:
To avoid being burned, do not remove the Radiator Cap or surge tank cap while the engine is hot.
Q: How do you install the Coolant Recovery Reservoir?
A:
Install the coolant recovery reservoir. Install the retaining bolt to the front wheelhouse panel. Install the radiator vent hose to the coolant recovery reservoir. Install the bolt securing the coolant recovery reservoir to the coolant recovery reservoir bracket. Install the overflow hose to the coolant recovery reservoir. Install the air cleaner assembly. Fill the cooling system.
