The proper way is to inspect the Wheel Cylinder bore and the pistons for scoring, nicks, corrosion, and wear, clean all the parts in clean denatured alcohol or brake fluid, attach to the wheel cylinder the spring assembly, and then install the wheel cylinder assembly.

The proper way is to remove the master cylinder attaching nuts, remove and discard the booster housing seal, remove the clip on the vacuum hose connection to the booster, remove the bracket nuts from the booster, remove the booster, and then remove the adjustment sleeve from the pushrod.

The proper way is to remove the booster reserve, fill the master cylinder reservoir with brake fluid, connect the front brake lines to the master cylinder, loosen the front brake line at the master cylinder to purge all air from the cylinder, bleed the master cylinder at the rear air inlet connections in the same manner as with the front connections, remove the bleeder cap and loosen the bleeder screw to purge the air from the cylinder, locate the front bleeder caps, and then check the brake pedal for sponginess.
