Q: How to remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil?
A:
The proper way is to remove the steering wheel, remove the screws from the upper and lower steering column covers, remove the covers, remove the driver-side knee bolster or instrument panel lower cover, remove the screws and discard them, and then remove the clock spring from the steering shaft.

Q: How to center the inflatable restraint steering wheel module coil?
A:
The proper way is to turn the front wheels straight ahead, turn the lobe of the clock spring clockwise to lock, turn the lobe of the clock spring counterclockwise approximately 3 turns to the Neutral position, and then properly align the pointed marks on the components of the clock spring.
