2008 Cadillac XLR Exhaust Manifold

You should remove the powertrain, the bolt securing the catalytic converter pipe to the bell housing, the connector position assurance (CPA) lock for the oxygen sensor, the oxygen sensors, the right exhaust manifold heat shield bolts, the right exhaust manifold heat shield, the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts, and the exhaust manifold, and old gasket.

You should install the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts, the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter bolt securing the pipe to the bell housing, the right exhaust manifold heat shield and bolts, the oxygen sensors, the CPA locks, and the powertrain.

The recommended torque is 25 N.m (18 lb-ft).

You should remove the powertrain, the exhaust manifold and catalytic converter assembly bolt securing the pipe to the bell housing, the connector position assurance (CPA) lock for the oxygen sensors, the oxygen sensors, the left exhaust manifold heat shield bolts, the left exhaust manifold heat shield, the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts, the exhaust manifold and the left exhaust manifold gasket.

You should install the exhaust manifold bolts and nuts, the exhaust manifold catalytic converter hanger bolt to the bell housing, the left exhaust manifold heat shield and bolts, the oxygen sensors, the CPA locks, and the powertrain.
