You should remove the tire and wheel assembly, install a C-clamp over the body of the brake caliper with the C-clamp ends against the rear of the caliper body and the outboard disc brake pad, and remove the C-clamp, the caliper bracket bolts, the brake caliper and the caliper mounting bracket as an assembly from the suspension knuckle and support the assembly with heavy mechanic's wire, or equivalent, and the brake rotor.

You should remove the tire and wheel assembly, install a large C-clamp over the body of the brake caliper with the C-clamp ends against the rear of the caliper body and the outboard brake pad, remove the C-clamp from the caliper, the upper brake caliper guide pin bolt, the brake pads from the caliper bracket, and the brake pad retainers from the caliper bracket.
