You can lubricate the valve guide and valve stem oil seal with clean engine oil, install the valves, the valve stem oil seal, the valve spring, and the valve spring cap, compress the valve spring, install the valve keys, hand start the spark plug, install the spark plug wires at the ignition coil, the spark plug wire to the spark plug, the rocker arm.

You can remove the rocker arm, disconnect the spark plug wire at the spark plug, loosen the spark plug 1 or 2 turns, brush or air blast away any dirt or debris from around the spark plug, remove the spark plug, hold the valves in place, compress the valve spring, remove the valve stem keys, release the valve spring tension, remove the valve spring cap, the valve spring, the valve stem oil seal, the valve.
