A:
You may need to pry upwards and install the stabilizer shaft insulator to the stabilizer shaft, install the stabilizer shaft insulator bracket to the stabilizer shaft insulator, install the stabilizer shaft bracket retaining bolts and tighten them to 67 N.m (49 lb-ft), and finally lower the vehicle.

You will need to remove the stabilizer shaft bracket bolt, bend open the end of the stabilizer shaft bracket upward and remove the stabilizer shaft bracket, then move the stabilizer shaft rearward and remove the stabilizer shaft insulator using a pry bar.

You may need to move the stabilizer shaft rearward and Install the stabilizer shaft insulator, install the stabilizer shaft insulator in the stabilizer shaft bracket with the slit facing forward, bend the stabilizer shaft bracket downward to close around the stabilizer shaft insulator, install the stabilizer shaft bracket bolts and tighten the stabilizer shaft bracket bolts to 33 N.m (24 lb-ft).
