You may need to manually move the sunroof window to the full closed position, install the sunroof motor/actuator and the bolts attaching the sunroof motor/actuator to the sunroof module assembly, and tighten the bolts to 5 N.m (44 lb in), then connect the electrical connectors to the sunroof motor/actuator, check the sunroof window to the roof opening fit, and install the headliner.

You will need to close the sunroof window before removing the sunroof motor/actuator, then lower the headliner at the rear, disconnect the electrical connectors from the sunroof motor/actuator, remove the bolts attaching the sunroof motor/actuator to the sunroof module assembly, and remove the sunroof motor/actuator from the sunroof module assembly.
