Then, please clean and inspect the differential housing for the mounting bolt threads, the case cover bolt hole threads, the sealing surface for nicks or burrs, the drain plug hole threads, the axle seal area, the drive pinion seal area, the rear differential support bushing bore, front right side differential support bushing bore, Vent for operation and cracks in the housing. Finally, you should clean the oil passage between the mounting bolt threads and the drive pinion seal area in the axle-bearing bore.

First, you should inspect the bearing rollers and races for pitting, scoring or grooves, excessive wear, or other damage. Then, please inspect the bearing rollers and races for heat discoloration. Finally, you should inspect for bent or damaged bearing cages.

The recommended torque is 39Nm(29 lb-ft).

First, you need to position the differential on a transmission jack, secure the differential to the transmission jack, install the intermediate wheel drive shaft, the front differential to the oil pan, and the front differential to the oil pan mounting bolts. Then, please remove the transmission jack from the differential, and install the intermediate wheel drive shaft support bearing, the left front wheel drive shaft, the right front wheel drive shaft, and the front propeller shaft to the differential. Finally, you should inspect the differential lubricant level, install the front frame assembly and lower the vehicle.

First, you need to inspect the differential case and clean the ring gear in the solvent. Then, please inspect the ring gear for damage or unusual wear, or heat discoloration. Finally, you should clean the pinion flange in the solvent.
