A:
Use a J 38185 hose clamp plier to position the coolant recovery reservoir hose clamp aside and remove the hose from the reservoir. Tighten the coolant recovery reservoir nuts to 9 Nm.

Position the Water Pump drive pulley on the intake camshaft and install the water pump pulley onto the intake camshaft. Install the camshaft end cap and tighten the cap to 2 Nm. Finally, install the water pump drive belt tensioner shield.
Q: What is the engine coolant fan motor installation procedure?
A:
Install the Cooling Fan Motor to the fan shroud, install the motor retaining bolts, and tighten the bolts to 6 nm. Next, install the cooling fan and the cooling fan assembly.
