Q: What is the air conditioning condenser installation procedure?
A:
First, install the condenser into the radiator retainer, install the condenser mounting bolts and tighten the bolts to 9 Nm. Install the condenser line to the radiator mounting bolt and tighten the bolts to 6 Nm. Next install the sealing washers, the suction hose/nut to the condenser, and tighten the nut to 16 Nm. Finally, install the hood latch bracket and the front compartment sight shield.

A:
Make sure to recover the refrigerant and remove the front compartment sight shield. Remove the hood latch support, the discharge hose nut, and the liquid line from the condenser. Next, remove the suction hose nut from the condenser and the suction hose from the condenser. Discard the sealing washers, and remove the condenser lines to the radiator mounting bolt and the condenser mounting bolts. Finally, remove the condenser from the radiator retainer and the condenser from the vehicle.
