Start with positioning the necessary drive belt Idler Pulley to the coolant manifold and/or generator bracket. Tighten the necessary drive belt idler pulley bolt and install the drive belt.
Q: How do I install the drive belt tensioner?
A:
Start with installing the drive Belt Tensioner by tightening the bolts to 50 Nm (37 LB-FT). Next install the power steering gear inlet hose retainer bolt, the right engine splash shield, and the right wheel and tire. Lower the vehicle and install the accessory drive belt.
Q: How do I remove the camshaft?
A:
Install the Camshaft sprocket bolt into the camshaft front bolt hole. Using the bolt as a handle, carefully rotate and pull the camshaft out of the engine block. Remove the bolt from the front of the camshaft.
