You should not remove the Radiator Cap or surge tank cap while the engine is hot, and the cooling system will release scalding fluid and steam under pressure if the radiator cap or surge tank cap is removed while the engine and radiator are still hot.
Q: How do you install the Water Pump?
A:
You need to install a new Water Pump seal, the water pump, the water pump bolts, the water pump pulley, and the water pump pulley bolts, retain the water pump pulley, install the water pump pulley bolts, the right engine strut mount, the right engine mounts strut bracket and the drive belt, and then fill the cooling system.
Q: How do you install the Radiator Crossmember?
A:
You need to install the Radiator support, the radiator support bolts, the front crossmember brace, the front frame to body bolts, and the front crossmember brace bolts, remove the jack stand, install the lower 2 bolts to the upper bumper support, the power steering cooler and the power steering cooler nuts, lower the vehicle, untie the condenser radiator fan module from the upper bumper support, and then install the front bumper fascia.
