2008 Buick Enclave Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor

You need to remove the Fuel Injector sight shield, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector from the fuel injector wiring harness electrical connector and the fuel feed pipe quick connect fitting from the fuel rail, remove the upper intake manifold, any debris from the around the area where the fuel injectors enter the lower intake manifold and the fuel rail bolts, lift the fuel injector electrical connector retainer, push in the fuel injector electrical connector tab, remove the fuel injector retainer clip and the fuel injector, remove and discard the fuel injector seals, and then disconnect the fuel injector wiring harness electrical connectors from the remaining injectors and remove the remaining injectors.

You need to position the Fuel Level Sensor to the module bucket and slide the sensor down, ensure that the fuel level sensor tabs engage the module bucket, install the fuel level sensor wiring under the module clip, connect the fuel level sensor electrical connector to the module cover, and then install the fuel tank module.

You need to install the fuel tank fill hose, tighten the fuel tank fill hose clamp, position and install the fuel tank fill hose to the fuel tank, connect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister vent rear pipe quick-connect fitting to the recirculation line on the fuel tank fill pipe, tighten the fuel tank fill hose clamp at the fuel tank, install the fuel tank fill pipe bracket bolt, the left rear wheelhouse liner panel, and the left rear wheel and tire, lower the vehicle and then install the fuel tank fill pipe housing to fuel tank fill pipe bolts and the fuel fill cap.
