You can install the coil spring and upper strut mount to the J 45400, turn the spring compressor forcing screw until the coil spring is compressed, install the strut to the coil spring and upper strut mount and the strut retaining nut, hold the strut shaft, install the upper strut mount nut, remove the strut from the J 45400, and then install the strut to the vehicle.

The procedure is to raise and support the vehicle, remove the rear tire and wheel, position an adjustable jack stand under the lower control arm, remove the lower stabilizer shaft link bushing, nut, and the lower shock absorber bolt, and the lower bolts from the knuckle, and then lower the vehicle until the rear spring, insulator, jounce bumper, and the spring seat can be removed.

You can position the spring seat, jounce bumper, rear spring, and the insulator on the lower control arm, raise the lower control arm until the lower bolts for the knuckle can be installed, remove the adjustable jack stand, install the lower stabilizer shaft link bushing and nut, the lower shock absorber bolt and the rear tire and wheels., and then remove the support and lower the vehicle.

Q: How do you remove the Parking Brake Rear Cable-Right Side?
A:
You need to release the parking brake, raise and support the vehicle, loosen the park brake equalizer locknut, disconnect the front park brake cable from the right park brake cable, release the park brake cable from the park brake equalizer, remove the 2 park brake cable bracket bolts located on top of the cross member above the rear suspension module, disconnect the park brake cable eyelet from the park brake actuator, compress the locking tabs and pull the park brake cable conduit toward the front of the vehicle to compress the park brake cable spring, remove the park brake cable from the cable bracket, and then pull the park brake cable through the cable guides and remove the Parking Brake Cable from the vehicle.

You will need to raise and support the vehicle, remove the wheel bearing/hub assembly and the outer tire rod end from the Steering Knuckle, and separate the lower ball joint from the steering knuckle.
