You need to install new O-rings to the discharge line and the A/C pressure switch, connect the discharge line to the condenser, install the discharge line to the condenser bolt, connect the discharge line to the A/C compressor, install the discharge line bolt to the A/C compressor and front facia, evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system, and then leak test the fittings of the component.

The recommended torque is 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Q: How do you remove the Suction Hose?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant, raise and support the vehicle, remove the right front wheelhouse liner, the right front engine splash shield, and the suction hose bracket nut, and remove the bracket and the suction hose/pipe bolt from the A/C compressor., disconnect the suction hose/pipe from the A/C compressor, remove the suction hose/pipe nut from TXV tube, disconnect the suction hose/pipe from the TXV tube, and then remove the suction hose/pipe and the suction hose/pipe O-rings.

Q: How do you install the Auxiliary Air Conditioning Evaporator Tube?
A:
You need to install the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the vehicle, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the clamps, the heater/A/C tubes retaining nut to the retaining studs and clips along the frame in four places, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the TXV tube and condenser tube, the retaining nuts, air cleaner duct, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes to the HVAC module, retaining nut, auxiliary evaporator tubes to retaining clips and install nuts to secure and the right rear inner wheelhouse liner if necessary, lower the vehicle, recharge the refrigerant to the system, and then leak test the fittings of the component.

You need to install new O-rings to the suction hose/pipe, connect the suction hose/pipe to the TXV tube, install the suction hose/pipe to the TXV nut, connect the suction hose/pipe to the A/C compressor, install the suction hose/pipe bolt to the A/C compressor, the suction hose/pipe bracket and secure with nut, the right front engine splash shield and the right front wheel house liner, lower the vehicle, evacuate and recharge the refrigerant system, and then leak test the fittings of the component.

You need to recover the refrigerant from the system, raise the vehicle, remove the right rear inner wheelhouse liner if necessary, remove the auxiliary evaporator tube nut and pull downward to release the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes from the auxiliary HVAC module, remove the auxiliary evaporator tube clip nuts and release tubes from clips, remove air cleaner duct, the retaining nuts and the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes, the heater/A/C tubes retaining nuts, the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes and the auxiliary A/C evaporator tubes from the vehicle.

Q: How do you remove the Discharge Hose?
A:
You need to recover the refrigerant, remove the front facia, the electrical connector from the A/C pressure switch, and the discharge line bolt from the A/C compressor, disconnect the discharge line from the A/C compressor, remove the discharge line to the condenser bolt, disconnect the discharge line from the condenser, and then remove the discharge line, the A/C pressure switch, and the discharge line O-rings.
