28/10/2022Q: How do you install the Thermal Expansion Valve?
A:
You can install new seal washers to the evaporator core fittings, the TXV, the TXV bolts, new sealing washers on the evaporator TXV tube fittings, the condenser tube, and evaporator hose to the TXV and the TXV nut, evacuate and charge the refrigerant system, install the windshield washer solvent heater and the air cleaner outlet duct, and then leak test the fittings using the J 39400-A.
