Q: How can I repair this condition?
A:
If the hose is pinched, remove it from the washer line. Cut about cut 10 mm (3/8 in) from the driver-side hose. Pull the hose and reroute it upward in a loop, then attach the hose to the washer line at the air inlet grille panel.

The Y-fitting in the washer line is misrouted and installed toward the passenger side or the driver-side washer hose is pinched or misrouted.
