A:
Start with the air cleaner outlet duct, then disconnect the secondary air injection pump hose quick-connect fitting from the air cleaner housing cover and release the clamps on top of the housing cover. Lastly, remove the Air Filter element.
Q: What will need to be removed to access the upper intake manifold?
Start with installing the duct from the MAF/IAT sensor. Next, you'll need to tighten the duct clamp at the sensor. Attach the duct to the throttle body. Then secure the duct by tightening the clamp to 3 Nm (27 LB IN). Connect the PCV tube to the air cleaner outlet duct. Then install the manifold cover.
