FAQ for Wheel Cylinder Repair

Q: What is the wheel cylinder installation procedure?
A:
First, install the wheel cylinder mounting bolts and tighten the bolts to 10 Nm. Next, remove the cap from the brake hose end and assemble the 2 new copper brake hose gaskets. After that, assemble the brake hose banjo bolt to the wheel cylinder and tighten the brake hose banjo bolt to 50 Nm. Connect the wheel speed sensor connector and tighten the nuts to 180 Nm. Next, install the brake drum.
