A:
You should tighten the bolts and nuts in the following sequence: tighten the knuckle to the lower control arm bolt and nut to 160 N.m (118 lb-ft), next tighten the knuckle to the upper control arm bolt and nut to 160 N.m (118 lb-ft), then tighten the knuckle to toe link bolt and nut to 160 N.m (118 lb-ft), finally tighten the 3 trailing arm to knuckle bolts to 110 N.m (81 lb-ft).

02/11/2022Q: How to remove the Knuckle?
A:
You will need to disconnect the rear park brake cable from the park brake actuator, remove the park brake cable from the mounting bracket, then remove the brake caliper and bracket as an assembly and support it with heavy mechanics wire or equivalent, remove the wheel bearing/hub assembly, the upper control arm to knuckle bolt and nut, the lower control arm to knuckle bolt and nut, the toe link to knuckle bolt and nut, the 3 trailing arm to knuckle bolts and finally the knuckle.

02/11/2022Q: How do you remove the Steering Knuckle?
A:
You can remove the wheel bearing/hub assembly, then remove the nut and separate the stabilizer link from the strut assembly, then loosen the steering knuckle to strut bolts and nuts, and remove and discard the lower ball joint cotter pin, next remove the lower control arm and nut, the tie rod, the steering knuckle to strut bolts and nuts and the steering knuckle.
