A:
The installation procedure is to place the accelerator pedal assembly on the mounting surface, install the three mounting bolts and tighten the pedal assembly to 5 N.m (36 lb in), lift upward on the accelerator pedal, insert the cable through the pedal lever slot, press the retainer into the lever hole until fully seated, finally check the pedal for tree movement by pressing down on the pedal.
