You need to remove the air cleaner assembly, the washer container to fender flange fasteners, the coolant reservoir to the wheelhouse fastener, disconnect the electrical connector from the washer pump, then remove the bolt securing the washer container to the top bracket, remove the bolt securing the washer/coolant reservoir to the J-clip, and position the coolant reservoir off to the side, remove the washer hose from the washer pump, drain the washer solvent into a suitable container, then remove the washer solvent container, remove the pump, grommet, cap, and lower container grommet, finally discard the washer solvent container.
